Where payment has been received for a cancelled order, the eligible refund will be processed according to our Return and Refund Policy.
5. Payments

Sleep America shall not be responsible for transaction failure, payment-gateway downtime, bank-server issues, card decline, insufficient balance, incorrect payment details entered by the customer, transaction limits imposed by the bank, or payment authorisation failure.
Sleep America shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the decline of authorisation for a transaction where the cardholder has exceeded the applicable transaction limit set by the bank, card issuer, payment provider or financial institution.
6. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery timelines shown on the website are estimates and may vary based on product availability, delivery location, logistics conditions, weather, public holidays, manufacturing requirements or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers must provide accurate delivery details, phone number and pin code while placing an order. Sleep America shall not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Cancellation, return, replacement and refund requests will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
Products that are customised, made to order, used, damaged after delivery, altered, or not returned in their original condition may not be eligible for return or refund, subject to applicable law and the relevant product policy.
8. Warranty
Where a product includes a warranty, the warranty terms stated on the relevant product page, warranty card or invoice shall apply.
Warranty coverage is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, stains, burns, cuts, accidental damage, commercial use unless approved, unauthorised repairs, incorrect installation or damage caused by external conditions.

Sleep America shall not be responsible for loss, damage, discomfort, injury or dissatisfaction arising from improper use, misuse, failure to follow product instructions or use of a product that does not suit the customer's individual preference or requirement.

All content on this website, including the Sleep America name, logos, product names, designs, text, graphics, photographs, videos, layouts, advertisements, icons and other brand materials, is owned by or licensed to Sleep America.
No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, distributed, displayed or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Sleep America.
11. Unauthorised Use
Unauthorised use of this website, its content, branding, product images, trademarks or other materials may result in legal action, claims for damages and other remedies available under applicable law.
