Sleep America is based in Vengoor, Ernakulam, Kerala, and ships mattresses and pillows across India. If you are buying in Kochi, Ernakulam or elsewhere in the state, the useful checks are the same.
Measure the bed you have
Indian beds are not one length. We sell 72, 75 and 78 inch lengths, and 36, 48, 60 and 72 inch widths. Measure the inside of the frame. The size guide walks through it.
Pick a feel for a humid room
- Latex and rubberised coir stay more open to air than a solid memory-foam block.
- Memory foam contours more, and can feel warmer.
- Pocket spring isolates movement if two people share the bed.
- Firmer orthopedic builds suit people who sink too far in a soft bed. They do not treat back pain.
